All products are handcrafted and made-to-order. This means: Each item is created after the order is placed.

» Processing and production may take up to 3-10 weeks depending on the design and embroidery.

» Slight variations in embroidery or finish may occur, which reflects the handmade nature of the product.

Orders & Payments

» Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

»Since each piece is handcrafted especially for you, we are unable to accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and support for slow, mindful fashion.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India.

Shipping timelines vary based on your location and the completion of the handcrafted piece.

» Baaman is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or other unforseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

» The product is damaged during transit.

» You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return in such cases:

» Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

» Include clear photos and videos as proof so we can process your claim.

Sizing & Customization

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.
