WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your Baaman outfit, follow these care guidelines:

★ Dry Clean Only – Handcrafted embroidery and delicate fabrics require professional dry cleaning.

★ Avoid Direct Sunlight – Store garments in a cool, dry place to prevent color fading.

★ Steam Iron Only – Use low heat steam ironing to remove wrinkles without damaging embroidery.

★ Store with Care – Keep in a breathable garment bag to protect from dust and moisture.

★ No Harsh Chemicals – Avoid bleach, strong detergents, or fabric softeners that may weaken embroidery.

Each garment at Baaman is specifically handcrafted. It is made to order so customers get exclusivity and attention to detail. But, due to the nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once the order is placed, it becomes final.

Order Cancellation

Since each piece is handcrafted especially for you, we are unable to accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and support for slow, mindful fashion.

Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care in crafting and packaging your garments. We always make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. However, sometimes, you may receive a defective or damaged product. In that case, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. You need to share clear photos and videos as proof so we can process your claim. Then, we will verify, assess the issue, and offer an appropriate resolution.

Customized Orders

● Customers must provide accurate measurements while placing an order.

● Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. They are created specifically to individual requirements.
